The haunting beauty of the 1975 title track resonated deeply with the intimate crowd, many of whom were stunned by the unannounced appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-embed-handler wp-block-embed-embed-handler wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"David Gilmour joins Romany and plays Wish you were here \u2764\ufe0f !!! #DavidGilmour\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/fFZH5seD2vg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gilmour later shared on X (formerly Twitter) that he \u201cvery much enjoyed crashing\u201d the open mic after wrapping up tour rehearsals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This impromptu gig serves as a gentle prelude to his upcoming tour in support of Luck and Strange, his latest album.
