Celebrity chef and TV host Rachael Ray<\/strong> shared an emotional tribute<\/strong> on Instagram following the passing of her dear friend and fellow Food Network star, Anne Burrell<\/strong>. In a touching message, Rachael reflected on their friendship<\/strong>, the joy Anne brought into her life<\/strong>, and the deep loss<\/strong> felt by so many.<\/p>\n\n\n

\u201cThe news about Anne has truly shaken us. John and I are heartbroken. I can\u2019t quite believe it \u2014 such a strong, vibrant, fearless woman, so full of life and love, could be gone so soon,\u201d<\/strong> Rachael wrote.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Anne Burrell<\/strong> was widely loved for her work on Food Network shows<\/strong> like Worst Cooks in America<\/em>. Over the years, she and Rachael became much more than colleagues<\/strong>. Their bond grew stronger through shared experiences on and off camera<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAnne was a rockstar! I came to know her well through multiple seasons of Worst Cooks, and she became so much more than a colleague.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Rachael revealed that Anne honored her by asking her to be a bridesmaid<\/strong> at her wedding \u2014 something she had only done once before, for her sister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDespite being surrounded by incredible chefs, she never once made me feel self-conscious about not being one \u2014 she always treated me as one of the gang.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The two shared many special moments, including Anne cooking for Rachael and her guests<\/strong> during her wedding anniversary in Italy<\/strong>. Rachael also fondly recalled hearing Anne blast music<\/strong> down the hall at the Food Network studios<\/strong> early in the morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAnne had great taste in music and in life \u2014 she was a force in the kitchen, in any room, in every life she touched.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
