If I can be honest with my pain, maybe someone out there won\u2019t feel so alone.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i.ytimg.com\/vi\/4wlOmO-8b5I\/maxresdefault.jpg\" alt=\"Yungblud opens up to Louis Theroux about his mental health and ADHD  diagnosis - BBC - YouTube\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Diagnosed with&nbsp;<strong>ADHD<\/strong>&nbsp;at a young age, Yungblud described the condition as both a blessing and a curse. \u201cIt\u2019s my greatest joy and my greatest burden,\u201d he confessed. \u201cADHD gives me this wild, unfiltered energy and creativity \u2014 but it also means I can crash hard. I feel everything all the time.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ichef.bbci.co.uk\/images\/ic\/640x360\/p0ljttym.jpg\" alt=\"BBC Radio 1 - Radio 1's Live Lounge, YUNGBLUD\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite his struggles, the singer says he finds healing in connection \u2014 especially with his fans. \u201cTheir love is my medicine,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019ve spent so many nights feeling completely alone. So now, when I meet a fan, I remember what that used to feel like. I see myself in them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While many artists feel overwhelmed by crowds or the pressures of fame, Yungblud embraces it. In fact, he admits he feels&nbsp;<strong>\u201cterrified when I\u2019m alone.\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;For him, the chaos of touring and the noise of connection is a kind of comfort \u2014 a way to stay grounded in a world that often feels too quiet when he\u2019s by himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t want to be silent,\u201d he said. \u201cI want to scream, to sing, to feel everything \u2014 because that\u2019s what makes me alive.
