It was a family affair on \u201cThe Kelly Clarkson Show\u201d this week, as host Kelly Clarkson welcomed two special guests \u2014 her kids!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The former \u201cAmerican Idol\u201d winner\u2019s 8-year-old son Remington (\u201cRemy\u201d) and 10-year-old daughter River Rose chatted about Remy\u2019s recent viral video and their musical interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remy was last seen singing the Frank Sinatra tune \u201cMy Way\u201d on Clarkson\u2019s show in November, when the kids attended a taping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clarkson explained at the time, \u201cBefore the show, Remy took a moment to warm up the audience with his rendition of the Sinatra classic \u2018My Way.\u2019\u201d She noted, \u201cHe just walked right in today and said, \u2018Who do I need to speak to to sing my song?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She added, \u201cThey\u2019re so fun. I love my kids so much.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During their appearance on the January 8 episode of \u201cThe Kelly Clarkson Show,\u201d the host noted, \u201cOh my god, look at you. You got makeup on, your hair\u2019s all done. Look at y\u2019all right now.\u201d Clarkson added, \u201cThis is not how we look at home.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When she asked Remy how it felt to go viral, he replied, \u201cYeah, how much views did I get again?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clarkson shared, \u201cI\u2019m gonna tell you how it went down. I said, \u2018Man, buddy, you\u2019ve got like over a million views on that I think.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She continued, \u201cHe goes, \u2018Do you get that many views?\u2019 I was like, \u2018Calm down. And not often.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sinatra song gets plenty of play in the Clarkson household, it seems. Remy noted, \u201cI heard it from \u2018Sing\u2019 and I love that movie. And I just like that song.\u201d River confirmed that she \u201ccan\u2019t even count how many times\u201d they\u2019ve heard it at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

River also revealed that she sings and writes songs. \u201cI put that together in a journal that I forgot at home because I am a forgetter in my family,\u201d she explained. \u201cBut I do that a lot in my room, and I spend hours and hours and hours singing [and] trying to do a song.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clarkson is clearly a fan. \u201cIt\u2019s good! Your songs are good!\u201d she told her daughter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
