On September 17, at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, the first night of The Who\u2019s \u201cThe Song Is Over\u201d Farewell Tour saw a surprising highlight: the Joe Perry<\/strong> Project. While much of the anticipation usually centers around The Who\u2019s legends Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend, it was Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry\u2019s side project that captured much of the evening\u2019s excitement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
