Bruce Springsteen\u00a0has confirmed Tom Morello will join him and The E-Street Band on tour in North America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The official statement, published on Springsteen\u2019s social media profiles, reads, \u201cSpecial guest Tom Morello will be performing on stage with Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band on selected songs for every date of the Land Of Hope And Dreams American Tour.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It also goes on to praise the Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave guitarist as \u201cliving proof of the transformative power of rock \u2018n\u2019 roll.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two share a strong history. Morello has made several guest appearances on stage with Springsteen over the years and also briefly became an honorary member of the E-Street Band between 2013 and 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, Morello can be heard on Springsteen\u2019s albums Wrecking Ball <\/em>and High Hopes,<\/em> with \u2018The Boss\u2019 repaying the favour by guesting on the guitarist\u2019s 2021 album, The Atlas Underground Fire<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most recently, they shared the stage in Minneapolis last month at Morello\u2019s Defend Minnesota fundraiser concert in response to the ICE raids and deaths of Alex Pretti and Ren\u00e9e Good. The concert marked the first time that\u00a0Springsteen performed his new protest song, \u2018Streets of Minneapolis\u2019, live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coincidentally,\u00a0Springsteen\u2019s tour\u00a0is set to begin on March 31st at the Target Center in Minneapolis, and will keep him on the road until he closes it up at the Nationals Park in Washington DC on May 27th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tour is titled the Land of Hope and Dreams tour, and upon announcing the dates, Springsteen said of the current administration in the US, \u201cWe will be rocking your town in celebration and in defence of America, American democracy, American freedom, our American Constitution and our sacred American dream, all of which are under attack by our wannabe king and his rogue government in Washington, DC.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
