Fans have been wanting Cardi B to release the song as a single for her long-awaited sophomore studio album.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cardi B says she\u2019s not going to release the single, \u201cOutside,\u201d which fans have theorized is a shot at her estranged husband, Offset. She discussed the viral reaction to the track as well as her plan for her upcoming sophomore album on Instagram Live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know if I really wanna put that song out, to be honest with you. And it\u2019s not because I\u2019m doubting myself and this, this, and that. I\u2019m really, really grateful for all the love. It was never the plan. I don\u2019t think I wanna put out a single to be honest with you. I just wanna put out my album all at the same time.\u201d She added that she\u2019s filming a music video \u201cin a couple of weeks,\u201d but that it won\u2019t be for \u201cOutside.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Live Bitez shared the clip on Instagram, fans were not happy in the comments section. \u201cNgl I love her so bad but I\u2019m starting to feel the fans when they say she BS with this album 6 years tho girl,\u201d one user wrote. Another added: \u201cI love Cardi but you need to listen to YOUR FANS cause without them you wouldn\u2019t have a job\u2026\u2026. If they liked it why not give them what they want ? Especially being that you\u2019re delaying the album\u2026 Doesn\u2019t make sense to me but I guess.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cardi has struggled to release her long-awaited sophomore album, most recently complaining about unfinished features. \u201cI really need these f*cking features,\u201d Cardi said on Instagram Live, last month, as caught by Rolling Stone. \u201cI\u2019m not really trying to press or go crazy on these artists because I love them down. But it\u2019s like come on now, I need that. I need that right now. Y\u2019all don\u2019t want to miss this opportunity.\u201d It\u2019ll be her first album since 2018\u2019s Invasion of Privacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cardi B New Song<\/strong>\u201cOutside\u201d isn\u2019t the only drama involving Cardi B and Offset. After Cardi went public with her relationship with Stefon Diggs, last month, Offset took several shots at the couple on social media. \u201cGood roll out n PR. Today I pass,\u201d he wrote on X (formerly Twitter) in response to their announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diggs eventually got matching braids with Offset\u2019s son, Wave, which infuriated the rapper even more. \u201cNow when somebody die for playing with my son then call me the crash out,\u201d Offset wrote on X. In a follow-up post, he added: \u201cIdc how I look trolling wit my kid ends bad.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
