According to multiple eyewitnesses and viral fan footage,  Rihanna was allegedly dismissed and disrespected by a hotel receptionist  earlier this week when she arrived without her team at the  Silver Crest Hotel  , a luxury chain frequented by celebrities in Beverly Hills.

“It was shocking,”  said a witness who filmed part of the interaction.  “She walked in confidently, wearing a casual hoodie and sunglasses. The receptionist looked her over from head to toe and told her the lobby was for registered guests only.”
