Sting Pays Tribute to Brian Wilson With 'God Only Knows' Performance

“Today, one of my heroes died, Brian Wilson from the Beach Boys, so I want to sing a song that I love,” Sting told the crowd.

Sting then began an acoustic version of God Only Knows that will bring a tear to your eye. The beautiful lyrics are a testament to how many feel about losing Brian Wilson, Sting most certainly included.

Fans thanked Sting for sharing Brian Wilson’s song.

“Thank you Sting – probably my favorite song of his. He was brilliant,” a fan wrote.
