    Seaking her truth. Just two days after Halsey and her new boyfriend, Evan Peters, made their red carpet debut, the 25-year-old “Nightmare” songstress took to Twitter to address her breakup from Yungblud (real name: Dominic Harrison).

    “Sometimes people just break up,” Halsey wrote in a since-deleted tweet on Monday, October 28. “It doesn’t mean someone cheated or something bad happened or someone f–ked up. Sometimes it just happens because life is constantly changing and adults stay friends and move on.”

    Shortly after Halsey removed her first message, the New Jersey native followed up with, “Now you know what you know,” along with a heart emoji.     “Love you! You don’t have to explain anything about your personal life to us. Please don’t feel like you have to. We’re just here for you and want to see you happy,” a third person chimed in, while a fourth echoed, “Thanks for being cool! You don’t owe us a thing. Love you.”

    Halsey Addresses Split From Yungblud on Twitter

    While Halsey and Yungblud, 22, made a seriously cute couple — they even released a single called “11 minutes” together — we’re relieved to hear they parted on good terms. As far as when they actually split? Well, Halsey didn’t make that clear. However, she and Evan, 32, first sparked dating rumors in September after the loved-up pair stepped out together at Six Flags Magic Mountain theme park in L.A.

    Weeks later, a source told Us Weekly that things between Halsey and the American Horror Story actor were going strong. “Halsey and Evan were at Sweet Butter Cafe in Sherman Oaks. They definitely looked like a couple,” the insider dished on October 20. “They were eating together and Halsey was laughing throughout their lunch. When they walked out of the restaurant they were hugging each other.”
