It was a family affair on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” this week, as host Kelly Clarkson welcomed two special guests — her kids!

The former “American Idol” winner’s 8-year-old son Remington (“Remy”) and 10-year-old daughter River Rose chatted about Remy’s recent viral video and their musical interests.

Remy was last seen singing the Frank Sinatra tune “My Way” on Clarkson’s show in November, when the kids attended a taping.

Clarkson explained at the time, “Before the show, Remy took a moment to warm up the audience with his rendition of the Sinatra classic ‘My Way.’” She noted, “He just walked right in today and said, ‘Who do I need to speak to to sing my song?’”

She added, “They’re so fun. I love my kids so much.”

During their appearance on the January 8 episode of “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” the host noted, “Oh my god, look at you. You got makeup on, your hair’s all done. Look at y’all right now.” Clarkson added, “This is not how we look at home.”

When she asked Remy how it felt to go viral, he replied, “Yeah, how much views did I get again?”

Clarkson shared, “I’m gonna tell you how it went down. I said, ‘Man, buddy, you’ve got like over a million views on that I think.’”

She continued, “He goes, ‘Do you get that many views?’ I was like, ‘Calm down. And not often.’”

The Sinatra song gets plenty of play in the Clarkson household, it seems. Remy noted, “I heard it from ‘Sing’ and I love that movie. And I just like that song.” River confirmed that she “can’t even count how many times” they’ve heard it at home.

River also revealed that she sings and writes songs. “I put that together in a journal that I forgot at home because I am a forgetter in my family,” she explained. “But I do that a lot in my room, and I spend hours and hours and hours singing [and] trying to do a song.”

Clarkson is clearly a fan. “It’s good! Your songs are good!” she told her daughter.
