Plant and Bonham’s connection dates back many years, with Bonham recording her first demos at Plant’s home when she was just 17. Despite sending them out anonymously, she secured her first record deal in 1985 and released her debut album, For You and the Moon, the same year. Since then, Bonham has been actively writing, recording, and touring, sharing stages with renowned acts such as Van Halen, Humble Pie, Donovan, Foreigner, and Paul Rodgers.

Plant’s surprise performance with Bonham highlights his ongoing support for up-and-coming artists and his dedication to helping them grow in the music industry. It shows that beyond his shows, he’s keen on working with talents like Bonham, offering guidance and chances to team up. Meanwhile, Plant has his tour dates lined up. Starting in March, he’s set to perform in various cities across the U.K. with his band Saving Grace, followed by two shows with Alison Krauss at the Wolf Trap in Vienna, Virginia, in June.
